Director, Student Success & Retention

Provides leadership for the development, implementation, assessment, and continual improvement of retention and student success
initiatives; provides oversight of orientation and transition activities for new students and family members; oversees the assessment of new
student needs and development of programs that provide support for students from matriculation through completion; and chairs University
committees focused on retention and transition, and serves on various University committees related to student success.

Master’s
degree; at least five years of demonstrated competency and progressive experience in a student success field such as recruitment, retention,
new student programs, student support services, or academic advising; experience leading multicultural recruitment or retention programs;
and experience with successful personnel supervision required.
