SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management Operations, the CRM Operations Manager is
responsible for the overall administration, maintenance, and support of the Technolutions Slate CRM system. This position will work
collaboratively with the Enrollment Management Operations team and other Enrollment Management staff to provide overall management of the
Slate CRM functionality, including applications, document management, inquiry and prospects, communication support, event registration
management, user training, and system integrations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (including but not limited
to)

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration and management of the Slate CRM and act as the primary Slate
    Captain.
  • Perform system configuration, maintenance, enhancement, and quality control processes for all online
    applications, from submission through decision release.
  • Responsible for integration of admission data systems between Slate CRM and
    ColleagueSIS.
  • Provide CRM integration support for data needs with outside vendors.
  • Responsible for data import for all
    inquiries, prospects, and applicants from internal and external systems and vendors.
  • Provide support of Slate’s functionality
    in the areas of applications, event registration management, queries, form development, document management, communications, workflow
    maintenance, data uploads.
  • Maintain and enhance custom online portals for prospects, applicants and admitted
    students.
  • Ensure accuracy, high quality and integrity of data entered into admission systems andColleague SIS through assessment and
    quality control reviews and audits.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application processing in Slate, data
    integration between Slate and other systems.
  • Identify, collaborate, and incorporate new Slate CRM functionality and enhancements; to
    include timelines, testing, documentation, and execution of a training plan.
  • Primary technical liaison for Slate CRM with internal
    campus partners (ie. InformationTechnology, Registrar, Academic Advising).
  • Provide end user training and support, to include
    managing user accounts, profiles, permissions, and onboarding new users.
  • Be an active member of the Slate community, to include
    but not limited to; attend the annualSlate Summit conference, webinars, and other professional development opportunities.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    •  Strong analytical skills, with attention to
      detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, with tight and shifting deadlines.
    • Working knowledge with Slate online
      forms, process builders, data integrations, preferred
    • Working knowledge or familiarity with SQL programming language
      preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a
      team.
    • Demonstrated experience working and communicating inclusively and effectively within a broadly diverse community of faculty,
      staff, and students.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 1 – 3 years’ experience working in higher education, admission, and/or enrollment management.
      Must have experience with implementing, customizing and managing Slate CRM system.
