Position Summary:

This position reports to the Director of Career and Corporate Partnerships for the MBA and Master’s Programs, and works directly and primarily with the Master of Business Analytics students and staff. The MSBA degree program started in 2019 and has experienced rapid growth. In addition to the MSBA Program, this role provides career development for several additional MS programs. Career development includes foundational career events, workshops, mock interviews and 1:1 advising. The office works closely with existing and new employers to arrange on-campus recruiting, job postings, receptions, information sessions and other events designed to build awareness and brand.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

The position requires a minimum of 2 years professional experience in the areas of employer relations, human resources or higher education, business, or related field.

Well qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Career advising, recruitment and placement experience, Graduate programs experience preferred
  • Experience with creating and delivering career-related topic workshops
  • Experience with multiple web-based recruiting and organizational, management and CRM software systems
  • MS Office, CRM System, strong communication, public speaking, attention to detail, time management customer services and team skills
  • Initiative, familiarity working with international students and stakeholders; entrepreneurial outlook; learning and operational agility; equally confident and comfortable taking center stage or yielding to the needs of the larger team.
