This advisor will report to
the Director of the Academic Advising Center under the auspices of the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs. This is a twelve
month, full-time position.
Essential duties and Responsibilities:
Position responsibilities include advising
and scheduling courses for undergraduate students, interpreting University policies and regulations, and actively pursuing a variety of
student success programs.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with relevant technology. Ability to advise and schedule courses for undergraduate students. Ability to interpret University
policies and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Master’s Degree. Experience in higher education environment. Experience with the student records system.
Evidence of customer service skills.
