Job Designation: Key Accounts Manager


Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad


Salary offered: Rs.18,500 to Rs.35,000 per month

Desired Candidate (Education, Work Experience & Specific Qualities):
•    Graduate or Post Graduate
•    0 to 5 years of experience in relevant profile

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:

Responsible for securing training contracts from colleges, managing and maintaining them
Primary Focus area : Engineering Colleges, Stand alone MBA colleges

Securing and managing training contracts
•    Identifying the right contact person in the college
•    Fixing appointments with the decision makers for the training contracts
•    Understanding the current training needs of the college
•    Analysing the feasibility of training
•    Customising the training package based on the college requirement
•    Giving proposals for the training
•    Following up and finalising proposals through price negotiations
•    Getting the service/purchase order
•    Coordinating with the academic team for finalising the execution plan for the training
•    Ensuring the synchronisation of the training and execution plan
•    Getting the dates the for the training from the college
•    Scheduling the training programme with the academic team based on availability of the trainers
•    Executing the training
•    Getting feedback on the training from the college and appropriately updating the academic team to exceed client expectation
•    Raising the invoices through coordination with accounts department
•    Sending the invoices to colleges
•    Following up the payment process

Maintaining training contracts
•    Interacting at least weekly once with every client
•    Following up in a prompt manner whether there is a current training programme or not
•    Facilitating clients and prospective clients in the placement season with the appropriate inputs
•    Following up the important designation changes regarding training and placement within the college
•    Having the right industry inputs regarding placement trends and details of recruitment
