Job Description :

The head Sales & Marketing would be totally responsible for the entire gamut of sales & marketing.....for the new initiative as follows.

Primarily research the market and understand the trend and competition to the new range in women / men / children apparel products and devise specific sales sales and marketing strategy.
Appoint and monitor new channel of Distribution Pan India with focus on aggressive market penetration.
Plan and execute Go To Market And Route To Market strategies and Drive sales team for maximum retail coverage and retail relationship management.
Bring out innovative schemes in consultation with marketing, not only during festive season but also on lean seasons to sustain steady sales achievements.
Focus and achieve product mix ratio across categories and constantly service distribution.

Desired Candidate Profile : Education : UG :Any Graduate - Any specialization, PG : MBA/PGDM - Any specialization

Hardcore sales & Marketing professional with proven track record in creating and sustaining sales & distribution channels on a PAN India approach is a must for this position.
Should be capable of appointing distributors exclusively across pan India and monitor them on a specific target achievements every month.
Identify and induct quality sales team and guide them to achieve desired target with proper product mix and volumes.
closely work with marketing team to bring in innovative schemes and gain maximum market reach and volumes.
Should be capable of penetrating the retail channels across urban and rural markets and strictly adhere the sales team to m ore field savy and avoid any deviation on sales targets.
Should be constant mover of GO TO market and Route to Market Strategies to drive field force for good and quality relationship Management with even lower rung of retailers and shops.
Should be a Custodian of the category / Brand to achieve the agreed volumes in sales.
Responsible for monitoring the field staff activities
Responsible for on the job training 
Achieving the budgeted target in the assigned area by setting up a strong distribution network.
Serving the distributors in a satisfactory manner.
Maintaining existing MBO & LFS network and appointing new MBO & LFS to increase market share.
Ensure new products / Styles are introduced in an appropriate and timely manner.
Taking care of MBO/ EBO / LFS regarding display module, POP , Stock Monitor
Implementing sales promotional Programmer.
Supervising of consumer promotion at MBO / LFS / EBO and interacting their customers to get feedback.
Stock Movement.
Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce inventory.
Preparing and submitting performance reports on weekly and monthly basis to the Management.
Reporting to CEO
Handling complaints
Looking collections from channel partners.
Looking physical Stock distribution & Logistics
Working knowledge on SWOT analysis
MIS preparation, Analysis & Decision making
Involving in Brand development, promotions for the both consumer and the trade.
Organizing trade events and activations for brand visibility.
Involving in seasonal merchandise assortment for the channel.

Overall responsible for the profitability of the business, which includes both direct sales and through distributors, franchisee operations and institutional business
Preference would be given to those who have excellent competence in Distributor Appointments.....appointing suitable Distributors.
