Pre Sell Representative (PSR) – Core ( B & C Class)

 

Role Definition
•     Responsible for B&C class
•     Primary Responsibilities
•     Volume & Customer Service Delivery
•     Selling, Merchandising, Tracking & Problem Solving
•     Relationship Building & Grow Share in Accounts

Education: 12th/Graduate degree

Relevant Work Experience:

 

  • 2-3 year’s sales experience (preferred in FMCG/ Retail Industry)
  • Range Selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience of handling larger number of outlets

Roles and Responsibilities

Role
Responsible for B& C class accounts with focus on regular service and relationship building with the outlets. Grow share in these accounts through by driving cooler execution & share of retail display in the outlet

Responsibilities

  • Selling
  • Sell and execute, products, packages and promotions
  • Solicit / sell: Cooler/rack
  • Obtain best selling position
  • Solicit new opportunities

Merchandising

  • Manage stock levels
  • Fill and rotate all shelf, displays and equipment per standards
  • Utilize POP
  • Charge cooler to planogram

Delivery
Service accounts
Manage daily settlement and invoice generation
Maintain records:  bill book / route planner

Tracking Measures and Problem Solving
Record work measures: Usage of Route Book/TSB / ASDOS/SAMNA
Participate in problem solving meeting

Measures:
Achieve the Volume target for the route.
Secure a greater share of presence for PepsiCo
Execution of all brand activations within the route.
Achieving the Focus Month Objectives.
Up-dating the route book on regular basis
Reporting competitive activities.
Follow the Company’s credit policy.

Relevant Work Experience:
- 2-3 years sales experience (preferred in FMCG/ Retail Industry)
- Past experience in Urban Markets preferred
-    Good Deal Making,Range Selling, communication, Customer Management and negotiation skills
- Experience of handling large accounts/Key customers
- Premium: Experience of handling large Portfolio
- A Class: Experience of cracking Big/Key accounts

Responsible for A class accounts with focus on building superior relationship in the outlets. Grow share in these accounts through various initiatives and drive gold standard execution

Selling
