JOB LOCATIONS :FARIDABAD (HARIYANA)And PITAMPURA(DELHI)

KEY PURPOSE

  • Establishing, managing and driving business through Agency Development Partner initiative in and around the areas of the Branch location.
  • Drive business development opportunities through necessary tie-ups to ensure agency sales targets are met. Ensure that the tie-ups are productive, engaged and active.
  • Drive advisor recruitment for the tie-ups, ensure advisor productivity is maintained and improvised through continuous improvement and engagement.
  • Coach the frontline sales on advisor recruitment processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Distribution:

  • Identify, recruit and develop Partners to ensure delivery of the assigned targets.
  • Recruit and onboard the required number of partners as specified in the annual goal sheet.
  • Manage growth of the partner by continuously helping them to recruit and developing more advisors under them.
  • Ensure partner has the required infrastructure to support the business.
  • Maintain continuous pipeline for replacement / addition of new partners.
  • Conduct sales promotion / recruitment activities to improve business productivity of partners.

Training & Development:

  • Develop skills of the partners and advisors through continuous field and classroom training.
  • Conduct periodic Advisor and ADP meets for R&R and business reviews.

FINANCIALS:

  • Deliver the business results as per target assigned

Process:

  • Ensure the life Advisor follows the role model sales process to sell the right product to the client.
  • Manage & coach the ADP on the advisor licensing process.
  • Coordinate with HO & Training team for completion of licensing and training requirements.

PROFILE

Graduate/post graduate, with 4-5 years of experience in Sales / Channel Development / Broker or Dealer management field preferably in Insurance / Finance Industry.
